What does dressing mean, the type and function of dressing
Dressings are external medicines used to heal wounds, mainly hemostatic gauze (usually medical degreasing gauze). It can play a role in supervising and covering wounds. But it cannot be used for infectious wounds, does not promote wound healing, has limited exudate management ability, adheres to wounds, re-injures new epithelial tissue and causes bleeding, and the patient suffers after changing the dressing.
